How to submit athlete line-ups: Note: Crew entrants are required to submit line-ups by October 12, 2011. The designated crew official who applied should submit the line-up through their MY RONIN account. When athletes submit their waivers, birthdates and ages will be linked to the line-up. If a password was not selected at the time of registration, it was automatically set to the confirmation number (see the confirmation email). There is also the option to have your password emailed to you.
- Log into your MY RONIN account here. NOTE: All applicants have an account. If you did not create one, HOCR created one for you when your application was processed. Follow directions to have your password emailed to you.
Important: You must use the email account that was used to register HOCR boatings.
- Once logged in, find the boat you wish to enter a line-up for and select "Edit Boat Lineups" from the drop-down menu to the right.
- You should be presented with a page that enables you to edit your information. Please make updates as necessary to your line-ups. If using a roster, please be sure that the email address you submit is the same email your athlete will be using to sign his/her waiver.
- All athletes and parents of minors most submit electronic waivers by Wednesday, October 12th via www.rowingwaivers.com
Check Waiver Status:
- Log into your MY RONIN account here.
- Once logged in, select "Roster List." A signed waiver is noted by a date (For example: 5/29/2010). An unsigned waiver is blank.
- Coaches may also view waiver status by clicking here. Please note: Athletes/coaches do not need to be worried about what team they have registered for. Many athletes register for more than one team, but team selection is only to help you find them more easily.
Troubleshooting:
- If you can't find an athlete in your roster, but he or she has signed a waiver:
It is possible that these athletes did not entered the correct contact person or contact email when they submitted their waivers. It is not critical that they get this information right, however. You can still type their email address into your boat lineup and you will immediately see if they have signed a waiver.
Send RONIN your roster!
- You can also have RONIN submit your team roster for you! Simply fill out the file below and send it to help@roninregistration.com. Please note, emails are required and are only used to track waiver signatures. Form available here.
- Note: You will still need to select your lineup after your roster has been uploaded and your athletes MUST still complete their waivers.
