COMPETITORS: ENTRY RULES & APPLICATIONS: ONLINE REGISTRATION
CREW APPLICATIONS

STEP 1: Submit Institutional Registration Card - REGISTER ONLINE HERE
All organizations planning to submit sweep-oared entries into the Head Of The Charles must first submit an Institutional Registration. Scullers are not required to submit an IRC. Organizations unfamiliar with the IRC process should read more here.

STEP 2: Submit Crew Applications
NOTE: All Institutions must use separate application sites for sweep-oared guaranteed entries and sweep-oared non-gauranteed entries.

Submit Guaranteed Entries: REGISTRATION AVAILABLE JUNE, 2012

Submit Non-Guaranteed Entries: REGISTRATION AVAILABLE JUNE, 2012

ENTRY DEADLINES:

Charity Program Applications are due June 1.
Singles Applications are due August 1.
Doubles and Crew Applications are due September 1.
Quad Applications are due October 8. Late applications will not be accepted.
